WYATT LOVED PLAYING BASKETBALL

We (Me, the boys, cece and mum)got to have lunch with some dear family friends Suzi and Dixie. It was great to catch up with them and they got to get to know the boys better...

One day my mom and I took the boys to La Jolla to see the seals. There are tons of them. I thought Wyatt would like it. He enjoyed it, but he more enjoyed watching the kids on the grass playing football. lol.

Eventually we made it onto the sand. 

We also got to go to the pool a bunch of times. I wish we could have gone more, but Jack was too little and I couldn't watch both of them by myself. Wyatt and I played in the baby pool while Jack slept in his stroller. But then some crazy teenagers came and were loud and obnoxious and were smoking!! I was so annoyed and we left.

Kevin's brother Jeff lives close to my parents so we were able to visit with them a few times. This day we met them at the park and got to feed some ducks. It was a little scary. I'm glad no one fell in!! Wyatt sure loved his cousins and they were so sweet with him.

We had lots of the visits to the Wild Animal Park since it is so close, but we also went to the Zoo once. We rode the bus and saw lots of cool animals.

Poor Jack got drug everywhere in his carseat and stroller. I'm sure he enjoyed staying with Grandpa way better.

Jack got pretty fussy this day at the pool, but Aunt Cece was there to hold him and make it better!

Anther stop at the wild animal park and Sea World. We got some great views of the lions again!! One of our last times at Sea World we sat by the Dolphins for a while and tried to pet them. Wyatt got splashed by one of them and he loved seeing them come up to the window and then swim away. Of course, his favorite is still the whale Shamu. We got to see the night show on our last trip there and it was great. Wyatt was amazed and loved the whales "splash". 

We had a barbeque and got to see some family and friends. It was a great night out by cece's pool.

For father's day we skyped with Dad and sent him pictures of the boys in their "my dad is the best" shirts.

Then we went out to dinner with all the family and my dad and grandpa. What a great day to celebrate all of our wonderful Dads!! We missed our dada though!

On our last trip to the Wild Animal Park we got to see our friends the Nash's and Ramirez. Katy had Jay and Scott and it was a fun time to see everyone.

Yea!! Finally at the Lake. What a great year at Lake Powell. We had pretty great weather. There were a couple of wind storms and reanchoring to be done, but overall we had sunshine and it wasn't overbearingly hot. But it was hot! The water was a nice temp and we played in it sooo much. Especially Wyatt. He couldn't get enough of the sand and water.

Great Grandpa  is teaching Wyatt how to skip rocks. lol. Wyatt just throws them.

If you can't get in the lake, just get in the feet washing bucket. He couldn't get away from the water. 

Riding in Grandpa's boat was one of Wyatt's biggest highlights. He loved the loud noise and fastness.

Jack got to do a lot of "chillin" - thanks to Cece and Jackie playing with and watching him.

It's so relaxing sitting out by the lake in the shade!!

I'm sure I have more pictures, but these were the highlights!! We had such a great time. Wyatt went tubing with grandma, I got to wakeboard a few times, Kat came down for a few days and we got to play with her too. We watched a few dinosaur movies thanks to Bob and ate lots of good food. Lots of good family time!! We hope we can make it next year or the year after with Kevin. We left straight from Powell on Sunday and flew home to the Knoxville airport. We were sooo tired, but so glad to see Kevin after such a long time and get to see our new home. I'm so thankful for my family for putting up with us for so long, taking us so many places and just loving the boys!!
