Jack got a little behind on his checkups when we moved and got new insurance. We went to the doctor last week for his 6 month shots. Poor baby, had to have 4 shots, he cried...actually he was so upset that he held his breath and then cried really loud. He's always been a bit of a breath holder. Other than the shots he looked really good, 21.6 lbs and 29 inches long... a big boy! I guess we just have big boys, I think Wyatt was bigger though. Jack still isn't quite sleeping through the night, sometimes he will, but most days he wakes up between 3-6 and wants a bottle and depending on what time it is will go back to sleep for a bit. He definitely does not need as much sleep (as wyatt did/does), but when he does get tired watch out, he will just cry uncontrollable (like the other day at walmart). He usually only takes one nap in the middle of the day, but if I get lucky I can get him to take two. He still loves to sleep on his stomach. He eats a TON. He wants baby food, and crackers, and bottles all day long, lol! He is able to use his pincher grasp and get small pieces of food so we are giving him table food in small amounts. He is a pretty happy baby, but also very calm and content. He gets around really well and he will play on his own with some of the toys for quite a while. He is most happy when he is talking/playing with Wyatt. Wyatt is good to talk to him and laugh and smile and play peek-a-boo. They both love it. I also have been putting them in the bath together and they both love that! Wyatt says "Jack swim", so I put Jack in and Jack sits and splashes and babbles and laughs. He hasn't loved the bath much until now. He loves to be held by mom, dad, really anyone. He is getting cuter by the day and most people say he is looking more and more like Wyatt. He is the sweetest baby and we just love him!!
