Halloween was a weekend full of fun events. We went to a pumpkin patch because I couldn't find any decent pumpkins at the grocery store. Wyatt had a blast riding in the wheel barrow. Then that night we carved our two pumpkins along with our friend Emily and her kids' pumpkin. It was a fun start to the festivities.

First was the ward trunk or treat at church. It was freezing that day so luckily the festivities were moved inside. There was a great turn out and we had a great time seeing all of our friends and all the cute costumes. Wyatt was a dog this year (of course) and it was so cute, but he didn't really like wearing the hat piece. I managed to get one or two good pictures, but he was fighting it. We passed out candy instead of going around because Wyatt doesn't eat really eat candy yet. Wyatt crawled around and watched the kids go by. I brought my chili to the chili cookoff contest that they do each year at the trunk or treat. I didn't even think my chili was going to be judged because it was one of like 20+ and I came in just as they were judging. Anyways, I ended up getting 2nd place and $10 to sweet frog. That was a fun surprise.

Saturday was another fun filled day. We had our friend's daughter's one year old birthday party. Wyatt was supposed to wear his costume but he didn't. We had fun at the party and him and Naomi and Emma are all about the same age and were all so cute. After that we got to go home and rest for a little while before the Dunham's annual Halloween party. Wyatt wore his costume and I also made some dog ears that I wore a little bit. We had a lot of fun seeing everyone and Wyatt loved Kim's ham sandwiches that were there! One more day of Halloween was Monday. There was rain in forecast so we got out early to say hi to some of our neighbors, we were able to see a few and get some candy. Then the rain came so we decided to drive to some of our friends' house. We went to the Dunhams and chatted with them for a while (we were their only trick or treaters). Unfortunately, Wyatt was pretty tired after that and we couldn't see our other friends, but we had a great time for our first real Halloween with Wyatt. Now to focus on Thanksgiving and Christmas!!!

In other news, most everyone knows, but just in case....WE ARE PREGNANT AGAIN! And we already found out that it is another BOY! We are due the very very end of February so Wyatt and the new baby will be almost 17 months apart. We are so excited that they will be so close, even though I am expecting it to be pretty crazy for the first little while. Hopefully we will survive! The pregnancy has been going great, we have had a few ultrasounds and they say he is healthy. One interesting note though is that we think the ultrasounds look different from Wyatt's. Wyatt's head was always SO ROUND, but this baby's head is more long and thinner, but who knows. Maybe they will look similar or maybe not; we can't wait to find out!
