About 2 months ago we bought a house. It is just a little old house, but we like it! It is just 3 small bedrooms and one bath, but we have a pretty big backyard and a deck. It is nice to have something that is our own and our mortgage is almost the same as what we were paying for rent. We have had a lot of fun with the house, but it has been a lot of work. We ripped up most of the carpet and refinished and stained the wood floors. It looks great, now we are just finishing up painting and Kevin is planting a garden. Here are some pictures. They are all out of order... some are from before we moved in and ripped up the carpet and some are after. This first picture is of the huge snowstorm that hit VA about a month ago. I guess it's the most snow they have received in like over 6 years! It was fun, the dogs loved it!
